Reflexology:  Reflexology is the practice of applying pressure to points in the feet and hands utilizing specific thumb, finger and hand techniques with a premise that such work effects a physical change in whole the body. 


Sport Massage: A massage that promotes healing of sports related injuries that is  for pre, post and during the sport event.


Raindrop Therapy: This is a technique that uses essential oils to help relax and heal the muscles of the back and feet.


CranioSacral Therapy: A gentle, hands-on method of releasing restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system.
